The level of emotional intelligence of leaders as an assumption for a satisfied team.

Anotace:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda emoční inteligence leaderů ovlivňuje spokojenost jejich podřízených a zaměstnanců. Práce rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část, celkem má šest kapitol. V teoretické části je definována emoční inteligence několika experty, a dále jsou definovány všechny oblasti emoční inteligence. V další teoretické části jsou popsány emoce a spojitost s IQ, a následovně navazuje kapitola ohledně měření EI. Výzkum je tvořen kvantitativním výzkumem, dotazníky a testy. Praktická část analyzuje výsledky testů a dotazníků, a ukazuje spojitost EI leaderů se spokojeností zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether the emotional intelligence of leaders affects the satisfaction of their employees. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part and has a total of six chapters. The theoretical part defines the emotional intelligence by several experts, and further defines all areas of emotional intelligence. The next theoretical part describes the emotions and connection with IQ, followed by a chapter on EI measurement. The research is formed by quantitative research, questionnaires and tests. The practical part analyzes the results of tests and satisfaction questionnaire survey. The results shows the connection between EI of leaders and employee satisfaction.
