Tato práce se zabývá kriminalitou mládeže a částečně objasňuje příčiny páchání trestné činnosti mladistvých a nezletilých. Ukazuje na osobní dispozice pachatelů, na vliv rodinného prostředí a vliv vrstevníků. Zaměřuje se na vznik pohledávek státu za náklady trestního řízení a obhajobu advokátem. This work deals with juvenile delinquency and partly explains the reasons for committing crime and delinquency of minors. Shows the personal disposition of offenders, the influence of family environment and peer influence.
