Various approaches and techniques of valuation human life in relation with application of Cost-Benefit analysis
Abstract:
Anotace Tato práce se zabývá potřebou hodnocení veřejných projektů a možností využití různých existujících analýz. Na základě zjištěné potřeby hodnocení veřejných projektů zkoumá tato práce různé přístupy a metody k oceňování nehmotných nákladů a užitků, zvláště z důrazem na jeden z nejhůře uchopitelných nehmotných užitků, kterým je hodnota lidského života.
Abstract:
Annotation This thesis deals with need of evaluation of public projects and with possibility of use of different existing analysis. Due to recognition the need of evaluation of public project this thesis investigate different approaches and techiques of valuation of intangible costs and utilities, mainly with emphasis on one of the hardest to handle utility, that is the value of human life.
