Diplomová práce pojednává o návratu žen na trh práce po mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. V první části práce se zabýváme teoretickými pojmy, jako je mateřská a rodičovská dovolená, trh práce, návrat žen na trh práce a skloubení osobního a pracovního života.
