Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje sociální práci a identitě sociálních pracovníků. Cílem teoretické části je popsat sociální práci, identitu sociálního pracovníka, jeho osobnost, profesní identitu, normy spojené s výkonem sociální práce a v neposlední řadě nástrahy spojené s výkonem sociální práce. Dále se teoretická část zabývá sociální prací v historickém kontextu společně s jejími významnými osobnostmi, identitou sociálního pracovníka, jeho rolí v sociální práci, profesní identitou, nejasnostmi, jež jsou spojené s identitou sociálního pracovníka a také normami a nástrahami, s nimiž se sociální pracovník může setkat. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, jak se sociální pracovníci identifikují se svou profesí. K uskutečnění tohoto cíle je využit kvalitativní výzkum a jeho následné vyhodnocení a interpretace dat.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with social work and identity of social workers. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe social work, identity of social worker, his personality, professional identity, norms connected with performance of social work and last but not least the pitfalls connected with performance of social work. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with social work in the historical context together with its important personalities, the identity of the social worker, his role in social work, the professional identity, the ambiguities associated with the identity of the social worker as well as the standards and snare with which the social worker can meet. The aim of the research part is to find out how social workers identify with their profession. To achieve this goal, qualitative research and its subsequent evaluation and interpretation of data are used.
