Cílem bakalářské práce je poukázat na cestovní ruch jako významnou složku regionálního rozvoje. Po teoretickém úvodu bylo přistoupeno ke srovnání dvou modelových měst. Ke komparaci byla vybrána města menší velikosti nacházející se v blízkosti česko-rakouských hranic, a to Telč (v Kraji Vysočina) v Česku a Waidhofen an der Thaya (v regionu Waldviertel) v Rakousku. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to point to the importance of tourism in regional development. After theoretic introduction there were compared two similar towns situated at the Czech-Austrian Borders. These are Telč (Vysočina Region) in Czechia and Waidhofen an der Thaya (Waldviertel Region) in Austria.
