Suggestion and relization of the crisic communication plan for selected medical equipment
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá tématem krizové komunikace. V teoretické části jsou popsány důležité nástroje pro krizový komunikační plán. V praktické části práce je zmonitorována a vyhodnocena krizová komunikace nemocnice IKEM v reálné situaci. Dále je pak pro nemocnici vytvořen krizový komunikační plán. V závěru bude vyhodnocen praktický přínos této diplomové práce.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with crisis communication. In the theoretical section describes the important tools for crisis communication plan. In the practical part of the work is monitored and evaluated Crisis Communication hospital IKEM in a real situation. Then it is for the hospital created a crisis communication plan. In the end it will be evaluated practical contribution of this thesis.
