Requirement for an effective teaching focused on movement activities

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit podmínky účinného učení zaměřeného na pohybové aktivity. V teoretické části bylo vymezeno několik důležitých pojmů, které úzce souvisí s učením a jeho efektivitou. Hlavním druhem učení, kterému byla věnována velká část této práce, bylo senzomotorické učení. Dále byly popsány pohybové dovednosti a také činitelé, které ovlivňují efektivitu celého procesu učení. Praktická část byla věnována výzkumu. Za pomocí kvalitativních metod pozorování a rozhovoru byly zkoumány aspekty ovlivňující účinnost učení zaměřeného na pohyb. Výzkum byl prováděn na skupině mažoretek a jejich trenérkách, která se věnuje učení pohybových dovedností zaměřených právě na tento sport. Mažoretkový sport je založen na principu sestavení choreografií na moderní hudbu s použitím náčiní baton, neboli hůlka. Nejprve bylo prováděno zúčastněné pozorování zkoumaného týmu dětí a trenérek. Na základě pozorování byly sestaveny výzkumné otázky. Tyto výzkumné otázky se týkaly faktoru motivace, zda tento faktor efektivně ovlivňuje učení. Další výzkumná otázka byla zaměřena na aspekt stimulů a jejich pozitivní působení na účinnost učení. Poslední výzkumnou otázkou, která se v tomto výzkumu zkoumá, je korekce chyb a její vliv na efektivní učení. Z těchto vytyčených výzkumných otázek byl sestaven rozhovor pro děti a trenéry, jejichž odpovědi byly v závěru práce porovnány a interpretovány.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis was to find out the conditions of effective learning with the focus on motion activities. The most important points with a close correlation to learning and its efficiency were defined in the first theoretical part. A big part of this thesis was devoted to the important learning category called sensomotor. Further, motion dexterities as well as factors influencing the whole process of learning were described. The practical part was devoted to a research. The aspects affecting the learning efficiency focused on motion were studied by the qualitative methods of observations and interviews. The research was performed on the group of majorettes and their coaches, whose main focus is to train motion dexterities of this particular sport. The purpose of the sport of majorette is to compile the choreographies to the popular music, using the requisite called "baton", aka stick. Firstly, on-site observation of the team of children and their coaches was carried out. As its outcome, the research questions were drawn up. The first question was focused on the "motivation" factor and its affect on learning process. Next research question was focused on the incentive aspects and their positive impact on learning efficiency. Last question of this research was oriented on the correction of mistakes and their influence on efficient learning. These questions served as the basis for the interview with the children and coaches. Their answers were compared and interpreted at the end of this bachelor thesis.
