Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením kadmia a olova ve vybraných orgánech a krvi bílých pokusných myší po inhalaci jejich nanočástic. Plíce, játra, ledviny, slezina a mozek myší byly odebírány v týdenních intervalech. Mineralizace orgánů probíhala ve vysoce čisté kyselině dusičné pomocí tlakového mikrovlnného systému. Abstract:
The determination of cadmium and lead in selected organs and blood of white experimental mice after inhalation of nanoparticles is described in this thesis. Lungs, liver, kidney, spleen and brain of mice were taken away weekly. Organ mineralization proceeded in high purity nitric acid by pressure microwave system.
