Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je identifikovať základné subjekty medzinárodného finančného trhu a analyzovať problémy, ktoré riešia v súčasnosti. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá definovaním finančného trhu,jeho funkciami a členeniu z rôznych hľadísk. Zároveň opisuje úlohy a význam jednotlivých subjektov peňažného a kapitálového trhu.
