Classroom´s climate in tradition and alternative school

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je klima školní třídy v tradiční a alternativní škole. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů jako je klima školní třídy a faktory, které jej ovlivňují, dále školy tradiční a alternativní. Empirická část je tvořena výzkumem, který byl proveden na základě dotazníků klimatu školní třídy u 54 žáků z tradičních škol a 56 žáků ze tříd škol alternativního typu. Jednalo se o žáky 8. a 9. tříd. Empirická část je pojata jako porovnání třídního klimatu mezi oběma typy škol. Dle výsledků tohoto šetření nebyl dokázán výrazný rozdíl mezi klimatem školní třídy mezi školami tradičního a alternativního vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is classroom atmosphere in conventional and alternative school types. Thesis is split into two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part explain basic concepts. Such as class atmosphere and the factors affecting it, as well as conventional and alternative school types. The empirical part consists of research based on classroom atmosphere questionnaires. Testing group include 54 pupils from a conventional school type and 56 pupils from an alternative school type. They were in the 8th or 9th gra-des. The empirical part was done as a comparison between the classroom atmosphere of both types of school. According to the result of the survey: No significant difference was found in classroom atmosphere between the conventional and alternative school.
