Employee Satisfaction with Internal Communication with a Focus on PR in the OLTIS Group

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na interní komunikaci ve skupině společností OLTIS Group s důrazem na komunikační nástroje interních public relations. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy interní komunikace a public relations. V části praktické jsou prezentovány výsledky primárního šetření, jehož hlavním cílem je zjistit, které komunikační nástroje zaměstnanci upřednostňují, jestli jsou tyto komunikační nástroje pro ně důležité a zda jim současný komunikační model vyhovuje. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit míru spokojenosti zaměstnanců s komunikačními prostředky interních public relations a následně doporučit kroky k jejich případné optimalizaci.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on internal communication in the company OLTIS Group with the emphasis on the communication tools of the internal public relations. The theoretical part defines basic terms of internal communication and public relations. The results of the primary survey are presented in the practical part. Main goal of the primary survey is to find out which communication tools are preferred by employees and if they are satisfied with the used communication model. Based on the survey evaluation, recommendations will be made to optimize internal communication.
