Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o konstrukční a programové realizaci ohýbačky řízené mikropočítačem. V této práci bude zkráceně popsána celá realizace ovládací části stroje. První část práce obsahuje teorii o technologii ohýbání, IRC snímačích, indukčních snímačích, elektricky ovládaných rozvaděčích a také teorii o mikropočítači MC9S08DZ60 . V druhé části je vysvětleno začlenění výše zmíněných ovládacích a snímacích prvků do celé konstrukce, jejich následné propojení s mikropočítačem s názornou ukázkou programu. Příloha obsahuje fotodokumentaci, zdrojový kód a schémata.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with construction and programme implementation of a microcomputer-controlled bending machine. In this work there will be described for short the whole implementation of the control part of the machine. The first part includes the theory of bending technology, IRC sensors, inductive sensors, electrically controlled switchboards and the theory of microcomputer MC9S08DZ60. The second part explains inclusion of control and transmitter sensors mentioned above to the machine construction, their subsequent connection to the microcomputer with an illustrative example of the program. Appendix consists of photographs, source code and diagrams.
