Pracovní podmínky řidičů v MKD

Working conditions of drivers in the international transport
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je podat ucelený přehled a výklad legislativy týkající se pracovních podmínk řidičů v mezinárodní kamionové dopravě. Téma je vysvětleno komplexně včetně systému fungování digitálního tachografu a aktuálního vývoje situace. V praktické části jsou uvedeny některé problémy, týkající se zejména kontrol a udělování pokut, a shrnuty názory řidičů na tuto problematiku.
Abstract:
The main aim of the thesis is a comlex description and explanation of legislative concernig the working conditions of drivers in branch of international transport. It provides the reader general overview of the whole field including function of the digital tachograph system and current development of EU legislative.
