Bakalářská práce se zabývá konflikty a náročnými situacemi v bankovní praxi. Je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na komunikaci, jelikož právě ona bývá příčinou náročných situací, které mohou vyústit v konflikt. This dissertation is engaging in the conflicts and the difficult situations in the banking business. It is devided into three main chapters.
