Increasing employment of prisoners with contributions from municipalities and the private sector
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zaměstnávání odsouzených z pohledu sociálně-ekonomického. V diplomové práci je použito hledisko na zaměstnávání od veřejnosti, starostů měst a zároveň od samotných odsouzených. Práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení užitečnosti zaměstnávání odsouzených, vzhledem k menší zátěži rozpočtů měst i státu a také vzhledem ke snižování recidivy odsouzených.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the employment of convicts from a socio-economic point of view. The diploma thesis uses the perspective of employment from the public, mayors and at the same time from the convicts themselves. The work is focused on the evaluation of the usefulness of employing convicts, due to the smaller burden on city and state budgets and also with regard to reducing the recidivism …more
