Diplomová práce je zaměřena na popsaní osobnostních charakteristik manažerů strukturální společnosti zabývající se finančním poradenstvím. Skupina vybraných manažerů byla testována pomocí Rorschachova testu a MMPI-2. Veškerá takto získaná data byla následně analyzována (ROR pomocí komprehensivního systému). This diploma thesis is focused on describing the personality characteristics of managers working in structural financial consulting companies. The group of selected managers was tested using Rorschach and MMPI-2 personality test. All the data obtained were subsequently analyzed (for the Rorschach test a comprehensive system has been used).
