Zpracovaná bakalářské práce je zaměřena na analýzu řízení nákladů a cash flow v neziskovém sektoru, neboť řízení nepodnikatelských subjektů je oproti podnikatelským subjektům odlišné. Práce se nejprve zaobírá charakteristikou a hospodařením příspěvkových organizací. Dále vypovídá o způsobu řízení nákladů a peněžních toků na základě literární rešerše. Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of cost control and cash flow in the non-profit sector. Because the management of non-business entities is different than business subjects.
