Subject of this bachelor thesis „Goodwill and intangible assets“ is defining differences in the accounting systems ČÚS, US GAAP and IFRS. Each and every one of these systems has its own specifics. Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Goodwill a jiná nehmotná aktíva“ je definovanie rozdielov v systémoch účtovania podľa ČÚS, US GAAP a IFRS. Každý z týchto systémov má svoje špecifiká, ktoré sa snažíme v tejto práci zachytiť spolu s metódami zobrazenia a ich dopadmi na celkové účtovníctvo.
