Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá účinek společenské odpovědnosti Místní akční skupiny (MAS) Šumavsko na život v regionu. Cestou k dosažení cíle práce je provedení deskriptivní analýzy přístupu organizace ke společenské odpovědnosti na základě pojetí 3P modifikovaného o tzv. „regionální odpovědnost“. Pro účely smíšeného výzkumu bylo současně provedeno dotazníkové šetření určené místní komunitě v území MAS Šumavsko s cílem zjištění subjektivních postojů obyvatel regionu ke společenské odpovědnosti v obecné rovině a následně k dopadu konkrétních společensky odpovědných aktivit MAS Šumavsko na život v regionu. Další metodou vyhodnocování dat bylo vytvoření deskriptivní případové studie, která vedla ke zjištění, jakým způsobem MAS Šumavsko konkrétně ovlivnila působení vybrané podpořené organizace Dětské skupiny Kaštánek a jaký má tato organizace dopad na život v regionu. Na základě získaných výsledků byla navržena forma a zvolena materiální témata reportu CSR organizace dle GRI. Dále byly identifikovány oblasti, kterým by měla MAS Šumavsko věnovat zvýšenou pozornost a zároveň došlo k navržení chybějícího instagramového profilu organizace.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the effect of corporate social responsibility of Local Action Group (LAG) Šumavsko on life in the region. The means of reaching the goal of this thesis is the execution of a descriptive analysis of the organisation’s approach to corporate social responsibility on the basis of the 3P concept modified by ‘regional responsibility.’ Two different methods were used for the purpose of the thesis’ mixed research, the first one being a questionnaire survey aiming at the local community of LAG Šumavsko with the goal of eliciting the population’s subjective stances on social responsibility generally and subsequently on the impacts LAG’s individual socially responsible activities have on life in the region. The second method used for data evaluation was a descriptive case study, which led to the finding of the ways, in which LAG Šumavsko influenced the operation of the selected supported organisation Dětská skupina Kaštánek, and its own influence on life in the region. Based on the procured results, the form of CSR organisation report and its material topics were selected in accordance with GRI. Furthermore, certain areas in the region were identified based on their need of LAG’s increased attention. Lastly, to this day, the organisation lacks an Instagram profile, and therefore, one was designed.
