Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá neinvazivním stanovením glukosy a laktátu ve slinách. Za tímto účelem byly sestrojeny dvoukanálové biosensory s imobilizovanými enzymy glukosaoxidasou a laktátoxidasou. Při měření byla použita metoda amperometrie. Pro snadné nanášení vzorku byla dvěma různými metodami 3D tisku vytvořena průtočná cela. Abstract:
This thesis deals with non-invasive determination of glucose and lactate in saliva. For this purpose dual-channel biosensors with immobilized enzymes glucose oxidase and lactate oxidase were constructed. Chronoamperometry was used as measuring method.
