The Project to Extend the Activities of the Selected Company with an Impact on Business Revenues

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vypracování projektu rozšíření aktivit firmy Úklidové služby Křemének s.r.o. s vlivem na jeho tržby. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány poznatky z oblasti služeb, jako je základní klasifikace služeb, marketingový mix a inovace ve službách. Zde jsou také zpracovány poznatky SWOT analýzy, které jsou dále využity v praktické části práce. Ta je zaměřena na zjištění současného stavu podniku. V první fázi je představen podnik, jeho minulost a současnost. Dále je sestavena SWOT analýza, marketingová analýza 7P a analýza konkurence. Pomocí dotazníku je analyzována kvalita poskytovaných služeb a poslední část je věnována ekonomickému zhodnocení podniku. Z výsledků analýz byl vypracován projekt rozšíření aktivit daného podniku. V poslední části práce dochází ke zhodnocení dopadu těchto aktivit na tržby podniku. Výsledky této práce umožňují podniku uvést na trh nové služby, které by zvýšily tržby podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to elaborate a project to expand the activities of the cleaning company Křemének s.r.o. affecting its sales. In the theoretical part, the knowledge of services such as basic classification of services, marketing mix and innovation in services are processed. There is also SWOT analysis, which is used in the practical part of the thesis. It is focused on finding out the current state of the company. The first stage introduces the company, its history and present. Furthermore, SWOT analysis, marketing analysis 7P and competition analysis are compiled. The questionnaire analyzes the quality of the services provided and the last part is devoted to the economic evaluation of the company. From the results of the analyzes, a project to expand the activities of the company was developed. In the last part of the thesis, the impact of these activities on the company's revenues is evaluated. The results of this work allow the company to launch new services to the market that would increase the company's revenue.
