Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá využíváním digitálních technologiích adolescenty a jejím vlivem na život mládeže, konkrétně u studentů navštěvujících střední školy. V teoretické části je definován pojem adolescence, vývoj mozku a fyzické změny v tomto období. Obsahuje také historii, druhy a využití digitálních technologií nebo sociálních sítí. Stěžejní kapitolou jsou dopady používání digitálních technologií, které se dělí na pozitivní i negativní, dále prevence závislostního chování a léčba. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkumné šetření, kdy je použita dotazníková metoda. Respondenty tvoří adolescenti, na které se výzkum zaměřuje. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je zjistit, v jakém měřítku se vyskytují digitální technologie u adolescentů, k čemu a v jakém rozsahu je využívají. Dále se výzkum zabývá projevy při nadměrném nebo až závislostním využívání technologií.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the use of digital technologies by adolescents and its impact on the lives of young people, specifically in students studying high schools.The theoretical part defines the concept of adolescence, brain development and physical changes. It also contains the history, types and uses of digital technologies or social networks. The key chapter is the effects of the use of digital technologies, which are positive and negative, as well as the prevention of addictive behavior and treatment. The practical part is focused on the research, which uses a questionnaire method. The respondents are adolescents. The main goal of the research is to find out to what extent digital technologies occur in adolescents for what and how often they use it. Furthermore, the research deals with the manifestations of excessive or even dependent use of technology.
