Execution of physical education and physical activity of high school students in Ostrava during the pandemic of Covid-19

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo popsat průběh tělesné výchovy a úroveň pohybové aktivity u žáků SŠ v Ostravě během pandemie Covid-19. Vedlejším cílem práce bylo porovnání získaných hodnot z období po skončení pandemie Covid-19. Tato bakalářská práce popisuje průběh výuky tělesné výchovy a úroveň pohybové aktivity u žáků SŠ v Ostravě během pandemie Covid-19 a porovnává ji se stavem po pandemii Covid-19. Výzkum provedený v této bakalářské práci poskytl informace o tom, jak negativně ovlivnila pandemie Covid-19 míru provozované pohybové aktivity u žáků SŠ a o komplikovaném průběhu výuky tělesné výchovy v distanční formě. Bylo zjištěno že 43 % respondentů nyní vykonává méně pohybové aktivity a výsledné skóre dotazníku PAQ-A, který byl pro výzkum použit, kleslo z hodnoty 2,67 během pandemie Covid-19 na hodnotu 2,35 po skončení pandemie Covid-19. S průběhem výuky tělesné výchovy v distanční formě nebylo spokojeno 88 % respondentů.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to describe the course of physical education and level of physical activity of Ostrava high school students during Covid-19 pandemic. Side aim of this study was to compare gained data with period of time after Covid-19 pandemic. This bachelor thesis work describes the course of physical education and level of physical activity of Ostrava high school students during Covid-19 pandemic and compares it with conditions after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research of this bachelor thesis gave us information about how the Covid-19 pandemic affected the level of physical activity and about the complicated course of physical education during distance learning. It had been found out that 43 % of respondents now perform less physical activity and the score of PAQ-A questionnaire decreased from 2,67 points during Covid-19 pandemic to 2,35 points after the Covid-19 pandemic. 88 % of respondents weren't satisfied with the course of physical education during online learning.
