Abstract:

Téma této absolventské práce je ,,Assessment centre a jeho uplatnění ve výběrovém řízení.‘‘ Teoretická část se zaměřuje na celkový popis AC. Dále poukazuje, kde nalezneme metodu AC v historii a jaká je její současná struktura, metodika měření a k jakým cílům a výstupům můžeme dojít, na základě výběrového řízení, touto metodou. V samotném závěru teoretické části shrneme celkové výhody a nevýhody AC.Praktická část uvádí samotný proces výběru zaměstnance pomocí metody AC, zde vycházím z osobních zkušeností s AC. Praktická část má popsat skutečný a reálný proces výběru zaměstnance pomocí této metody a zhodnotit její uplatnění.

Abstract:

The theme of this graduation thesis is ,,Assessment Centre and its application in the selection proces.‘‘ The theoretical part focuses on the general description of the AC. Further, it highlights where you can find a method of AC in history and what is its current structure, measurement methodology and the objectives and outcomes can occur on a competitive basis, using this method. In conclusion, we summarize the theoretical part of the overall benefits AC and disadvantages.The practical part presents the actual process of employee selection methods using the AC where I come from personal experience with AC. The practical part is to describe the tru and the real process of selecting employees using this method and evaluate its application.
