Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou soudních řízení o výkon rozhodnuti z podnikového hlediska. Cílem mé práce je ukázat alternativy klasickému způsobu řízení o výkon rozhodnutí, které v současné době nabízí zákon, ohodnotit jejich efektivnost.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the judicial enforcement proceedings from a business perspective. The aim of my work is to show alternatives to the traditional way of enforcement proceedings, which currently offers the law, assessment their effectiveness.
