Nezaměstnanost absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou nezaměstnanosti absolventů vysokých škol v Moravskoslezském kraji. Vývoj nezaměstnanosti je hodnocen v letech 2000-2010. Tento kraj patří tradičně ke krajům s nejvyšší mírou nezaměstnanosti v České Republice. Jedná se o následek strukturálních změn v ekonomice kraje, především útlumu těžební činnosti a těžkého průmyslu.První část práce je teoretická a popisuje základní pojmy související s trhem práce – trh práce, nezaměstnanost, ekonomické a sociální dopady nezaměstnanosti, metody měření nezaměstnanosti, politika zaměstnanosti. V druhé části práce je charakterizován Moravskoslezský region, vypsány silné a slabé stránky kraje a detailně popsán trh práce. Nedílnou součástí této části práce je analýza výsledků výzkumu, který byl proveden u dvou skupin. První skupina byla tvořena firmami Moravskoslezského kraje, druhou skupinu tvoří nezaměstnaní absolventi vysokých škol daného kraje.

Abstract:

My thesis deals with unemployment of university graduates in the Moravian- Silesian Region. The unemployment was analyzed in the period from 2000 to 2010. The Region is traditionally one of the regions of the Czech Republic with the highest unemployment rate. This unfavorable position is a consequence of structural changes, namely the damping of mining activities and the decline of heavy industry.The first section deals with the subject of unemployment from a theoretical perspective, which describes the fundamental concepts based on specialized publications. Methods of measuring unemployment, types of unemployment and the basics of government employment policies are described. In the second part of the diploma thesis there is the characteristic of the Moravian- Silesian Region described, the strengths and weaknesses of the Region and the description of the labor market in particular region. The analysis of the results of research is very important component of the second part of the thesis. The research has been conducted in two groups. The first group consists of companies in the Moravian- Silesian Region; the second group consists of unemployed university graduates of particular region.
