Abstract:
V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsem se zabývala klasifikací diabetes mellitus jeho diagnostikou, terapií a komplikacemi. Praktická část obsahuje kompletní sestavený ošetřovatelský plán pacienta s diagnózou diabetes mellitus. U pacienta jsem stanovila ošetřovatelské diagnózy a na jejich podkladě jsem sestavila ošetřovatelský plán. Vycházela jsem z modelu funkčního zdraví od M. Gordon
Abstract:
In the theoretical part of the thesis I dealt with the classification of diabetes mellitus by its diagnostics, therapy and complications. The practical part contains a complete compiled nursing plan of a patient diagnosed with diabetes mellitus. In the patient I made nursing diagnoses and based on them I made a nursing plan. I used a model of functional health by M. Gordon
