Administrative costs of the development programs
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je teoretické vymezení administrativních nákladů a jejich kvantifikace na případu Regionálních operačních programů realizovaných na území České republiky. Provedená analýza získaných dat a jejich komparace vyjadřuje, do jaké míry řídicí orgány efektivně a hospodárně vynakládají alokované prostředky.
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis is theoretical definition of administrative costs and its quantification in the case of the Regional operational programmes implemented in the Czech republic. The analysis of the data obtained and the comparison indicates the extend to which managing authorities effectively and efficiently spend the allocated funds.
