Hygiene intellectual development of children with anxiety

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Hygiena duševního rozvoje u úzkostných dětí se zabývá dětskou úzkostí, strachem a vznikem úzkostných poruch. Cílem této práce je zmapovat jednotlivé oblasti, které mohou podmiňovat vznik úzkosti u dětí a zamyslet se nad možnou eliminací úzkostnosti při změně sociálního prostředí. Zabývám se zde konkrétně souvislostí výchovy a školního prostředí se vznikem či prohloubením úzkosti u dětí. Součástí je i popis rodičovských postojů, které mají velký vliv na rozvoj úzkosti jejich dětí. Zmíněny jsou zde také metody a terapie k uvolnění nebo léčbě úzkostných dětí, tedy možná prevence a redukce úzkosti. Jelikož je problematika úzkostných dětí velmi rozsáhlá, poněvadž úzkostnost ovlivňuje celkovou osobnost dítěte, zabývám se v této práci pouze teoretickou částí a následnou přehledovou studií. Je velice důležité k potencionálnímu pozdějšímu výzkumu znát veškerá fakta a teorii k této problematice, proto se v této bakalářské práci snažím důkladněji rozebrat úzkostnost u dětí a její eliminaci, prozatím však teoretickou formou. Ve snaze načerpat co nejvíce teoretických znalostí jsem sáhla jak po českých, tak po zahraničních publikacích. Tuto bakalářskou práci lze tedy brát jako podklad k budoucímu zpracování práce diplomové. V té bych se již zaměřila na vlastní výzkum problematiky, tedy i praktickou část.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis titled Hygiene intellectual development in children with anxiety dealing with child anxiety, fear and the development of anxiety disorders. The aim of this paper is to explore the different areas that may make the anxiety in children and think about the possible elimination of anxiety when changing social environment. I deal with the specific context of education and the school environment with the development or deepening anxiety in children. It also includes a description of parental attitudes, which have great influence on the development of anxiety in their children. Mentioned are also methods of therapy and to release or treating anxiety children, thus possibly preventing and reducing anxiety. Since the issue of anxious children very large, because anxiety affects the overall personality of the child, I deal with in this work only the theoretical part of the briefing and subsequent studies. It is very important to potential subsequent research to know all the facts and theories for this issue, so in this thesis I try to more thoroughly anxiety in children and its elimination, for the time being, however, the theoretical form. In an effort to gain as much theoretical knowledge I grabbed both Czech and foreign publications after. This bachelor thesis can therefore be taken as a basis for future processing work diploma. At that I already own research has focused on the issue, including practical.
