Abstract:
Ve své práci jsem se zabýval problematikou zneužívání alkoholu. Snažil jsem se o analýzu základních poznatků moderní adiktologie, zmapování současného stavu ve spotřebě alkoholických nápojů v České republice a jejich souvislost s vývojem právní úpravy v dané oblasti. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na efektivitu ochranného léčení a systém protialkoholní péče v brněnském regionu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with law, psychology and alcohol problems concerning topical problems of legal application and psychological problems. Author of this document proposed to analyse and explain increasing number of alcohol-addicted people. My work also concerns the evolution of the legal measures.
