Anotace Autor: Ivana Šteflová Název: Řízení lidských zdrojů ve firmě Market Express s.r.o. Cílem práce je navrhnout firmě, jak udržet pracovníky ve výrobním oddělení v období hospodářské krize. Dalším cílem je snížit mzdové náklady a zapojit firmu do dotačního programu “Vzdělávejte se!”.

Annotation Author: Ivana Šteflová Title: Human Resources Management in Market Express Ltd. The aim of this work is suggest the company how to avoid fluctuation of workers in the production department during the period of the economic crisis. Another aim is to reduce the labour costs and involve the company into the grant programme “Educate yourself !”.
