Level of motor skills of handball players

Abstract:

Hlavním záměrem této práce bylo sledovat, zjistit a porovnat úrovně motorických schopností u žákovských hráček a hráčů házené. Dívky a chlapci jsou součástí házenkářských sportovních tříd ZŠ, kde jsou každoročně podrobeni testování, které probíhá podle norem stanovených Českým svazem házené. K sledování jednotlivých výkonů sloužily stopky, měřící pásmo a zapisovací tabulky. Dosažené výkony žákyň a žáků během čtyř sledovaných období byly zpracovány s využitím programů IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 a Microsoft Excel. Následně byly tyto výsledky a data mezi sebou porovnávány. Proběhla komparace výsledků žáků 6. tříd různých oddílů házené, mezi čtyřmi sledovanými obdobími v jednotlivých disciplínách, se zaměřením na růst nebo pokles výkonnosti. Dále byla provedena komparace mezi prvním a posledním sledovaným obdobím mezi vybranými oddíly, a bylo stanoveno, zda úroveň motorických schopností narostla nebo poklesla. Na závěr bylo provedeno srovnání výsledků mezi oddíly z Olomouce, Kopřivnice, Frýdku - Místku a Karviné. Celý výzkumný soubor, se kterým se v této práci pracovalo, tvořilo 202 žákyň a žáků sportovních tříd, které spadají pod extraligové oddíly DHK Olomouc (ženy), KH Kopřivnice, SKP Frýdek - Místek a HCB Karviná (chlapci).

Abstract:

The main aim of this work was to observe, find out and compare the levels of motor abilities of youth girl and boy handball players. Girls and boys are part of the handball sports classes of elementary schools, where they are tested every year, which takes place according to the standards set by the Czech Handball Association. To monitor the individual performances, the stopwatch was used, a measuring band and a writing table. The achievements of the pupils during the four reference periods were processed through IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 and Microsoft Excel. Subsequently, these results and data were compared with each other. There was a comparison of the results of the 6th grades of different handball sections, between the four monitored periods in each discipline, focusing on performance increase or decrease. Furthermore, a comparison was made between the first and the last reference period among the selected sections, and it was determined whether the level of motor abilities increased or decreased. In conclusion, a comparison of the results between handball clubs from Olomouc, Koprivnice, Frydek - Mistek and Karvina was made. The whole research group, which was used in this work, consisted of 202 pupils and pupils of sports classes, which come under the extra-league sections of the DHK Olomouc (women), KH Koprivnice, SKP Frydek - Mistek and HCB Karvina (boys).
