Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se autor zabývá přehledem typů forem elektronického bankovnictví a s ním spojenými dalšími službami, které bankovní instituty nabízí, jako např. různé formy bankovních karet a možných napadení počítačů klientů pomocí phishingových zpráv. Hlavní náplní této bakalářské práce je ale analýza internetového bankovnictví bank, u kterých byl či je autor již dlouhodobým klientem (Raiffeisen Bank, UniCredit Bank, EquaBank a Airbank) z hlediska jak uživatelského přístupu – grafické zpracování, přehlednost atd., ale i po stránce zabezpečení, kde se autor zaměřil zejména na různé možnosti autentizace klienta a možného zneužití ze strany hackerů. Autor se zde snaží poukázat na různé chyby, které klienti často dělají, a snaží se navrhnout taková opatření, aby internetové bankovnictví, ale i ochrana karet byly co nejlepší. Jako dodatek autor doplnil práci o různé typy možných kybernetických útoků ze strany hackerů na bankovnictví klientů bank formou příkladů a návrhů řešení. Cílem této práce by mělo být předání informací čtenářům, které by měly posloužit k prohloubení znalostí o internetovém bankovnictví, ale také poukázat na možná rizika spojená s jeho používáním.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis the author deals with an overview of the types of forms of electronic banking and associated with the other services that banking institutions offer, such as various forms of bank cards and possible to attack computers of clients, using phishing messages. The main focus of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of internet banking of the bank, for which he was or is the author of the already long-standing client (Raiffeisen Bank, UniCredit Bank, EquaBank and Airbank) in terms of how user access – video processing, clarity, etc., but even after the site security, where the author focused in particular on the various options for client authentication and the potential abuse by hackers. The author here tries to point out the various mistakes that clients often make and try to propose measures to internet banking, but also the protection of the cards was the best. As a supplement, the author added the work on the different types of potential cyber-attacks from hackers on the banking clients of the bank in the form of examples and proposals for solutions.
