Předmětem diplomové práce „Zvyšování kvality ve veřejné správě prostřednictvím ISO normy“ je zhodnocení možnosti aplikace ISO normy ve veřejné správě. První část prezentuje různé modely systému managementu kvality a zdůrazňuje důvod pro aplikaci normy ISO.
