Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu motivace zaměstnanců a systému odměňování ve vybrané firmě. Teoreticko-metodologická část popisuje jednotlivé pojmy zvolené problematiky, jejich členění a uvádí různé pohledy a definice autorů, kteří se daným tématem v minulosti zabývali.
