Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává v teoretické části o fyziologii a patologii slzného filmu, další část je poté věnována vyšetřovacím metodám slzného filmu, mezi které řadíme low-tech a high-tech diagnostiku a klinické vyšetřovací metody slzného filmu. Výzkumná část diplomové práce je zaměřena na aplikaci Ferningova kapradinového testu a jeho interpretaci na daném vzorku populace.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals in the theoretical part on the physiology and pathology of tear film, the next section is devoted to the examination methods of tear film, which include low-tech and high-tech diagnostics and clinical examination methods of tear film. The research part of the thesis focuses on the application of the Ferning test and its interpretation on a given sample of the population.
