Abstract:

V diplomové práci jsme se zabývali akutní pooperační bolestí a její léčbou pomocí epidurální analgezie. V teoretické části mimo jiné nalezneme, jak vypadá Acute Pain Service v České republice a v zahraničí. Empirická část se zabývala kvalitativním výzkumem formou pozorování a rozhovorů týmu akutní bolesti ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zmapovat fungování Acute Pain Service ve FN Plzeň, a to jak práci sester, tak lékařů v týmu akutní bolesti. Výsledkem výzkumného šetření je návrh pracovního postupu servis pooperační analgezie pro tým akutní bolesti ve FN Plzeň.

Abstract:

In the diploma thesis we dealt with acute postoperative pain and its treatment using epidural analgesia. In the theoretical part we will find, among other things, what the Acute Pain Service looks like in the Czech Republic and abroad. The empirical part dealt with qualitative research in the form of observations and interviews of the acute pain team at the University Hospital in Pilsen. The aim of the diploma thesis was to map the functioning of Acute Pain Service in the University Hospital Pilsen, both the work of nurses and doctors in the acute pain team. The result of the research survey is the design of a postoperative analgesia service workflow for the acute pain team at the University Hospital in Pilsen.
