Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na edukaci rodičů v oblasti péče o novorozence se stomií. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit edukační plán pro konkrétní rodiče a edukaci realizovat tak, aby po jejím absolvování rodič zvládl pečovat o stomii svého novorozence. Součástí práce je také vytvoření edukačního materiálu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje tři kapitoly. První kapitola je zaměřena na novorozence, jejich rozdělení a specifickou péči o předčasně narozené děti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá charakteristikami stomií, jejich ošetřováním a komplikacemi, které mohou při péči nastat. Ve třetí kapitole jsou vymezeny základní pojmy edukace ve zdravotnictví a role sestry při edukaci. Součástí kapitoly je také spolupráce a komunikace s rodiči, které se při práci na odděleních neonatologie nelze vyhnout. V praktické části je zaznamenán edukační proces u konkrétní matky novorozence, jemuž bylo nutné vytvořit stomii. Na základě posouzení a stanovení edukačních potřeb byly vytyčeny cíle edukace a naplánován její průběh. V praktické části je také popsána realizace edukace a její výsledky. Pro účel edukace byla vytvořena již zmíněná edukační brožura, která obsahuje postup při výměně stomického sáčku u novorozence a bude sloužit rodičům jako rádce pro jejich začátky v péči o stomii.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the parents' education in the care of newborns with a stoma. The main aim is to create an educational plan for particular parents and to go through with the education so that after its completion the parent is able to take care of their newborn's stoma. Part of the thesis is also a creation of an educational booklet. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter is aimed at newborns, their division, and specific care for preterm infants. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of stomas, their treatment, and complication that may occur. Basic concepts of education in healthcare and the role of the nurse in education are defined in the third chapter. Cooperation and communication with parents, which are unavoidable for nurses working in a neonatal unit, are also included. The practical part records a mother's educational process, whose newborn was provided with a stoma. Based on an assessment and identification of educational needs goals were set and the whole course of education was planed. The execution of education and its results are also described. As mentioned before an educational booklet was created for educational purposes. It contains an explanation of the procedure of replacing the ostomy bag in the newborn and which will serve the parents as a guide through their beginnings of stoma care.
