Abdominal injuries - diagnostics and approach in pre-hospital care

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou úrazy břicha jejich diagnostika a řešení v přednemocniční péči. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána topografie břišní dutiny, anatomie břišních orgánů a dále je popsáno ošetření pacienta s úrazem břicha, a to od prvního kontaktu s nemocným až po transport do zdravotnického zařízení. Práce se zaměřuje na kvalitní vyšetření břišní dutiny v přednemocniční péči dostupnými prostředky a pomůckami. Dále je také teoretická část práce zaměřena na vznik a popis poranění břicha a léčebné postupy v přednemocniční péči. V praktické části je uvedeno několik kazuistik, které popisují pacienta, kterého došlo k úrazu břicha v souvislosti s dopravními nehodami a polytraumaty. Byly vybrány jen ty nejdůležitější a nejčastější diagnózy.

Abstract:

The main topic of this bachelor's thesis are abdominal injuries - it's diagnostics and therapy in pre-hospital care. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The teoretical part describes topography of the abdominal cavity, anatomy od the abdominal organs and further describes the treatment of the patient with abdominal injury from the first contact to the transport to medical facility. It also focuses on examination of the abdominal cavity in pre-hospital care by the avaible tools. The teoretical part is furthermore focused on the origin and description of abdominal injuries and medical procedures in pre-hospital care. In the practical part there are several case reports describing a patient who has suffered an abdominal injury in connection with car accidents and polytrauma. Only the most important and most common diagnoses were selected.
