Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovním klimatem organizace a sociálními jevy, které ho mohou ovlivňovat. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice pracovního klimatu a kultury. Dále je pozornost zaměřena také na pracovní spokojenost a faktory, které ji ovlivňují a vzájemným vztahům mezi pracovní spokojeností a pracovním výkonem. This bachelor thesis is focused on the working climate of organizations and social phenomena, which may affect it. The theoretical part is dedicated to the characteristics of the work climate and culture.
