Standards of Quality Social Care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá Standardami kvality sociální péče. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat plnění Standardů kvality v domovech pro seniory. Teoretická část se opírá o odbornou literaturu a s její pomocí popisuje typy a činnosti sociálních služeb. Práce vysvětluje kdo je starý člověk a seznamuje s historickým i současným pohledem na staré lidi. Podrobněji vysvětluje standardy kvality sociální péče, které jsou důležité pro dobrou sociální službu. Představuje domov pro seniory, ve kterém bylo realizováno průzkumné šetření. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu plnění standardů sociální péče. Pomocí do-tazníků pro uživatele zjišťuje míru spokojenosti se službou a míru informovanosti o službě, která je klientům poskytována. Především je-li sociální služba poskytována v souladu se standardami sociální péče. Dotazníkového šetření se účastnilo 60 uživatelů domova pro seniory a 25 zaměstnanců zmíněného domova. V praktické části byly tak pomocí dotazníkové metody ověřeny stanovené předpoklady a navrženo doporučení do praxe.

Abstract:

The Bachelor work is concerned with Quality standards in social care. The aim of the Bachelor work is to analyze the accomplishment of Quality standards in Homes for the Elderly. The theoretical part is supported by specialized literature and, with their help, the types of social services and their activities are described. The work explains who an elderly person is and introduces the historical and current view on elderly people. It explains in detail quality standards of social care, which are important for good social service. It introduces a Home for the Elderly, in which research results have been reali-zed. The practical part is aimed at analyzing the accomplishment of the standards of social care. With the help of questionnaires given to the beneficiaries, we found out how satisfied they are with the service and their awareness of the services offered to the be-neficiaries. Most of all, if the service is supplied in coherence with the standards of so-cial care. The questionnaire was filled in by 60 beneficiaries and 25 employees of the Home for the Elderly mentioned above. In this way the questionnaire method was used to verify fixed assumptions and propose recommendations to try in practice.
