Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Zaměřuje se na nástroje podpory zaměstnávání těchto osob a popisuje služby podporovaného zaměstnávání. Empirická část mapuje služby podporovaného zaměstnávání na Šumpersku. Popisuje náplň činnosti dvou poskytovatelů těchto služeb. Zjišťuje stav nezaměstnanosti zdravotně postižených v regionu. This thesis deals with employment of disabled people. It focuses on employment support tools of these persons and describes employment support services. The empirical part maps employment support services in Šumperk region and describes the workload of two providers. It detects the rate of unemployment of disabled people in the region.
