Cílem této diplomové práce je najít odpověď na otázku: „Jaká je míra motivace zaměstnanců veřejné správy v ČR v závislosti na možnostech a vůli ke kariérnímu růstu?“ Pomocí odpovědi na tuto otázku budeme moci zhodnotit míru motivace těchto pracovníků v závislosti na víře v jejich osobní kariérní růst.
