Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vlivu blízkosti spalovny na cenu bydlení ve vybraných lokalitách města Liberce. Pro zjišťování tohoto vlivu byla vybrána metoda hedonické ceny. This thesis is focused on analysis of the influence near incinerator on the prices of flats in selected areas of the city of Liberec. For analysis this influence was used hedonic price method.
