Development strategy for small business company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování strategické analýzy společnosti XY, na zhodnocení jejího potenciálu, analyzování slabých i silných stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb ve SWOT analýze. Cílem je vypracovat analýzu nové strategie a navrhnout možnosti zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy na trhu.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on developing a Strategic Analysis of the company XY, evaluating its potential, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a SWOT analysis. The aim is to develop an analysis of the new strategy and propose options for improving competitiveness on the market.
