Tato práce se věnuje konceptu IoT českém prostředí. Je zkoumáno aktuální vymezení pojmů IoT pomocí analýzy a syntézy dostupných zdrojů. Dále je pomocí zmiňovaných metod zkoumán trh IoT v České republice, zejména v oblasti chytrých domácností, za účelem nalezení silných subjektů a produktů na trhu.
