The thesis is focused on defining the corporate culture, its characteristics and symbols. The introduction is developed banking system in SR and as corporate culture affects the whole banking. Bakalárska práca je zameraná na definovanie firemnej kultúry, jej charakteristické znaky a symboly. V úvode je rozpracovaný bankový systém SR a vplyv firemnej kultúry na celé bankovníctvo. Následne sa analyzuje jej stav vo vybranej komerčnej banke. V poslednej kapitole je zhodnotenie získaných informácií na základe vlastného prieskumu.
