The evaluation of agritourism and rural tourism in the Jihočeský region

Abstract:

Cílem práce je téma agroturistiky rozvinout, zaměřit se na dotační možnosti a zpracovat nabídku jednoho z krajů, jehož nabídka agroturistiky patří mezi nejpočetnější (Jihočeský kraj). Tato diplomová práce definuje venkovskou turistiku, agroturistiku a související odvětví. Analyzuje zájmové území Jihočeského regionu. Řeší především vlivy, které jsou způsobeny provozem agroturistiky a s tím související zvýšení turistů ve venkovských oblastech. Negativní i pozitivní vlivy odvětví působící na krajinu. Zjišťuje míru ovlivnění farem provozujících agroturistiku. Zaobírá se působením státních subjektů a místních organizací. Řeší možnosti dotačních podpor ze strany státu a Evropské unie. Práce obsahuje katalog s přehlednou nabídkou agroturisticky zaměřených usedlostí v Jihočeském kraji s fotodokumentací, kontaktem, popiskem a hodnocením.

Abstract:

The objective of this thesis is to develop the topic of agritourism, to focus on possible ways of supporting any projects and last but not least - to process an offer from one of the regions where the agritourism is the most numerous (South Bohemian Region). The thesis defines country tourism, agritourism and similar branches related to these. It analyses the industry of interest of the South Bohemian Region. What it mostly focuses on are the effects that are caused by agritourism itself which can cause rising numbers of tourists in the countryside. Negative as well as positive effects of this branch on the region itself. It determines the level of effect on the farms focusing on agritourism. It also focuses on the effect of the state entities and local organizations. The thesis also contains possible ways of supporting this branch by the state and the European Union, too. What you can also find in the thesis is a catalogue with a well-arranged list of farms in the South Bohemian Region that target on agritourism. Each offer contains photographs, contact details, a description and a rating.
