Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce se zaměřuje na koncepty veřejného sektoru a veřejných služeb. Práce je strukturována do čtyř hlavních kapitol, z nichž každá obsahuje několik podkapitol pro lepší přehlednost. První kapitola se věnuje definici veřejného sektoru a příčinám jeho vzniku, s hlavním zaměřením na financování. Druhá kapitola se zabývá spoluprací mezi veřejným a soukromým sektorem a výhodami, které tato spolupráce přináší. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na definici pojmu veřejné služby a na kategorizaci veřejných služeb. Poslední kapitola představuje praktickou část diplomové práce, ve které je zkoumána spokojenost občanů s poskytováním veřejných služeb konkrétní společností.

Abstract:

The thesis topic focuses on the concepts of the public sector and public services. The thesis is structured into four main chapters, each of which contains several sub-chapters for better clarity. The first chapter focuses on the definition of the public sector and the reasons for its emergence, with a main focus on financing. The second chapter deals with public-private cooperation and the benefits it brings. The third chapter focuses on the definition of public services and the categorisation of public services. The last chapter is the practical part of the thesis, which examines citizens' satisfaction with the provision of public services by a particular company.
